Orders and Payment

• Orders are binding once confirmed at checkout.

• Prices are shown in local valuta and include VAT.

• We accept major credit cards, Klarna, PayPal, Vipps, iDeal, Trustly and MobilePay.

• Noella is PCI certified for secure payments.

Discount codes and vouchers

It is only possible to use one discount code per order.

Return conditions for purchases with a free gift:

For campaigns where a free gift is included with purchases above a specified amount, we reserve the right to subsequently charge the value of the free gift if a return causes the total purchase amount to fall below the campaign requirement.

Example: If the campaign requires a purchase of 80 euro to receive a free gift, and a return reduces the paid amount to below 80 euro, the value of the free gift will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping and Delivery

• Orders placed before 1 PM (GMT+2) are usually shipped the same day.

Right of Withdrawal

• You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.

• Return the goods in original condition to receive a full refund.

Defective or Incorrect Goods

• You are entitled to repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction depending on the situation.
