Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. If your package was delivered to a parcel shop, this period begins when you collect it.

Please notify us of your decision within this period, either through our return portal or by emailing info@noellafashion.com. You must then send the items back within 14 days of notifying us.

Return Conditions

You may try on and inspect the items as you would in a store. You are responsible for any decrease in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

We recommend returning items in their original packaging and keeping all tags attached where possible.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning items when exercising your right of withdrawal.

For your convenience, we offer an optional return label through our return portal. The price varies by country and is displayed before you confirm your selection. If you choose our label, the stated cost will be deducted from your refund.

Alternatively, you may arrange and pay for return shipping yourself using a carrier of your choice. In that case, no charge for our return label will be deducted.

These terms concern returns under the right of withdrawal and do not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or incorrect items.

Using our return portal or purchasing our return label is not a requirement for exercising your right of withdrawal. If you arrange shipping yourself, please contact us for the return address and include your order number in the parcel.

Refunds

We will issue your refund without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

If you withdraw from the entire order, we will also refund the original standard delivery cost. Additional charges for a more expensive delivery option will not be refunded.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, at no additional cost to you.
