How do I submit a warranty claim?

We are sorry to hear that your product is defective.

When you shop with Noella, your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, which provides a 2-year right to make a warranty claim for manufacturing defects or faults.

If you discover a defect or fault with your item, please submit your claim within a reasonable time after noticing the issue.

• Once you have identified a defect, damage, or similar issue, please complete our claim form at: www.noellafashion.com/claim.
  
• After we receive your request, we will assess your claim and get back to you. Depending on the nature of the issue, we may send you a replacement item or a gift card immediately, or ask you to return the item for further inspection.
  
• If the item needs to be returned for inspection, we will notify you and send you a prepaid return label, allowing you to return the item free of charge.
  

Please note that Noella reserves the right to reject claims if the item has not been handled or cared for in accordance with the provided instructions.
