Order status

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us. This email also serves as your receipt and contains a tracking link. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking to be active on the carrier's website. You can also check your order status and tracking information on our website. If you have an account with us, simply log in and find the details under "Orders." You are always welcome to contact us if you have any questions about your package.
 

Do you need to return an order?

How to return:

1.  Visit our return system - Click here

2.  Log in with your email og order number, (found in your order confirmation).

3.  Select the items you want to return and choose a return reason . Then click "Choose return method"

4.  Click "Please select how you want to return" and select "Get a return label sent by email"

5.  Click the black button: Return Items

6.  You will usually receive an email with a return label and return slip within 5 minutes. Print these out include the return slip in the package, og and tape the return label on the outside.

If you reuse the Noella shipping bag, make sure to cover the original label.
