How do I make a return? + -

• Fill out the return form and pack it with the products you wish to return – you can reuse the Noella bag the items were delivered in. Find the return form here


• Attach the return label to the package.


• Drop off the package at your local post office or the nearest parcel shop.


• Remember to ask for a receipt with a tracking number – this serves as your proof if the package gets lost in transit, as you are responsible for the package until it is delivered to us.


• We will refund the money to your account as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving the return. The refund will be made to the same payment card you used for the purchase. It may take up to 30 days for you to receive the refund, depending on which card you used.

When will I receive my refund? + -

We strive to process your return and refund your payment within 14 days from the time we receive the returned items. Your refund will be issued via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please note that it may take an additional 1-7 banking days before the funds are available in your account.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the money to a different account.

How can I track my order? + -

Once you have completed your order and we have processed it, a tracking email will be sent to the email address you provided. This email will contain a link to a website where you can track your package's journey to you.

I have not received my order confirmation + -

If you have not received an order confirmation in your inbox, we recommend checking your spam folder. Occasionally, our emails may be marked as "spam" by certain email providers.

If you do not find it there, it could be due to a typo when entering your email or a system error on our end – in that case – please send an email to info@noellafashion.com with the phone number you used when placing the order, so we can locate you in our system and resend your order confirmation.

How fast is your delivery? + -

We ship all orders placed before 12:00 PM on weekdays the same day – after that, you should receive your order in 3-6 business days.


All orders placed from Friday at 12:00 PM until Monday at 12:00 PM will be shipped on Monday, and after 3-6 business days you should receive your order.

How long is the return period? + -

You generally have a 14-day free return policy. If, for any reason, you are unable to return an order within the given period, please contact customer service, and an alternative solution will be arranged.

Where can I find my order number? + -

You can find your order number in the order confirmation email you received when you placed the order.

Note: Please be aware that the invoice number and order number are not the same.
