If you wish to use our return label, a return fee of £10.95 will be deducted from the refunded amount.

You have a 14-day return policy, valid from the day you collect your package. Items must be returned unused and in the same condition as received.

If you need to claim a defective item, please send an email to: Info@noellafashion.com with your order number and attached photos of the issue. The item can only be returned once we have approved the claim.

All prices include VAT and customs, with no extra costs for purchases or returns.

Do you need to return an order?

How to return:

1.  Visit our return system - Click here

2.  Log in with your email og order number, (found in your order confirmation).

3.  Select the items you want to return and choose a return reason . Then click "Choose return method"

4.  Click "Please select how you want to return" and select "Get a return label sent by email"

5.  Click the black button: Return Items

6.  You will usually receive an email with a return label and return slip within 5 minutes. Print these out include the return slip in the package, og and tape the return label on the outside.

If you reuse the Noella shipping bag, make sure to cover the original label.
